6yrs

It is Hard to believe that 6 yrs ago today during the start of the 100yr ice storm, I was sitting at my desk in labor trying to figure out if it really was labor, so After calling my sister crying she talked me into calling the Dr, it was 1 of the 2 the scariest and most exciting days of my life, after a little while of monitoring movement I was advised to get to the Hospital. I was driven in by one of the girls in the office, the first of my family to arrive was Nana, followed by my parents, and then Ben. A few hours after they arrived, Aunt Sissy and Uncle Bryan (Who had to leave late in the night to be at the fire dept. to help all the people during the ice storm)arrived.Who knew that 19 1/2 half hours later surround by my amazing family (My Sisters were on the phone constantly) who dropped everything and braved the weather to welcome one of the 2 loves of my life into this world! They never left my side and were awesome.

I am so proud of the Girl the Josie has become and look so forward to seeing who and what is still to come!

She has had some big changes in the last year.

  • She is now in Kindergarten (almost halfway thru the year) , And has had to make all new friends. She loves her new school and riding the bus!
    • Her favorite subject is PE, because she gets to move around
    • She takes her lunch most of the time but, she likes to eat breakfast at school
  • She has alot of new rules, which she is still testing and trying to learn
  • She can add and subtract
  • She is learning to read

Kindergarten 2012

Well it is here! It is hard to believe how fast the time has gone
First day of School Picture
8/20/2012

 I'm ready

There she goes,

So far (we are a week and a half into it) school has been great, She loves her teacher and all the fun stuff she gets to do, so far her favorite thing to play with is something called link tubes.

She is still learning the rules (and getting in trouble for not following them, yet), every day is getting better, she has only cried twice on he bus, once because some girls told her to get off at the wrong bus stop and she kept arguing with them that is was not her stop, and the second time was because her bus ride is too short.

We are now on a totally new schedule (which is good for all of us)
We are up at 6,
Breakast is a about 6:30
Walk to the Bus stop at 7 (the bus coes at 7:05) and she is at school about 7:30

School is out at 2:10 (she gets on the bus)
And she is home about 2:17
Homework is next then she gets to play
Dinner is at 5-5:30
than a bath
and a little TV
and to bed at 7

Charlie and I miss her durning the day, but I can already she the change in her. She is politer and more loving, and sooo much easier to get to bed

I love you so much Josie! And we are all so proud of you!
